Section 24(1) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(1)The Chancellor shall, as soon as the first Vice-Chancellor is appointed, under sub-section (1) of section 11, take action to constitute the Board. The Board of Management shall be constituted in such a manner so that the continuity is ensured.
