(7)Power to withdraw accreditation:The Council shall have the right to withdraw, with the prior approval of the State Government, its accreditation, including partial accreditation, to any institution if at any time institution concerned is found not maintaining the required standards of teaching or training, or not abiding by the regulations prescribed by the Council in this regard, or is found not complying with the provisions of the Act, and the Rules made thereunder.
