(2)When a Judge or [Senior Civil Judge] [Throughout the Act for the words 'Additional Judge or Subordinate Judge' wherever they occur the words 'Senior Civil Judge' substituted by Act No.29 of 1997.] is invested with powers under sub-section (1), the ministerial staff of the Court shall be deemed to have been appointed to aid him in the work.
