Section 31(1) in The Maharashtra Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1968
(1)The employer shall provide each employee (including a home-worker) with a book in Form IV or Form VII, as the case may be (hereinafter referred to as the Leave Book).
