1. In all these matters the office objections have not been cleared, despite due intimation to the Petitioners/their advocates. In many cases, interim orders have been obtained and after that, the Petitioners or their advocates have not bothered to clear the office objections. Some of the Petitions relate to the year 2005, 2006 and others relate to the years 2015-2025.

3. The Registry has also informed us that necessary intimations have been given to the Petitioners or their advocates but for some reason or the other, the objections are not being cleared.
4. Therefore, in all these matters we grant the Petitioners/their advocates eight weeks time to clear the office objections.
5. These matters were on board and some advocates of the Petitioners are present in the Court. In any event, since these matters were on board, there is no question of any further notice to the Petitioners or their advocates.
6. If the office objections are not cleared within eight weeks from today, then, these Petitions to stand dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim orders granted therein will also then stand vacated.
