(2)The Board of University Teaching and Research for Faculty shall consist of the following members: -

(i) Vice-Chancellor	Chairman.
(ii) the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, if any	Member
(iii) the Dean of the Faculty	Member
(iv) the Heads of the University Departments in the Faculty.	Member
(v) the Chairman of the Boards of Studies in the Faculty.	Member
(vi) the Director, Board of College and UniversityDevelopment.	Member-Secretary.
