----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Aditya Singhi JUSTICE DINESH MEHTA Order 11/11/2019 The present writ petition is directed against the order dated 25.09.2019, passed by District Supply Officer, Nagaur whereby the petitioner's authorisation/license has been terminated for the reasons stated therein.

The grant of authorisation and operating license shop is governed by Rajasthan Food Grains and Other Essential Articles (Regulation & Distribution) Order, 1976.

(2 of 2) [CW-16874/2019] Order No.22 (1) (a) of the aforesaid Order of 1976 provides that an appeal against the order passed by District Supply Officer would lie before the District Collector.

In view of the efficacious remedy of appeal available to the petitioner and having regard to the fact that numerous disputed questions of facts are required to be gone into and determined, this Court is not inclined to exercise its extraordinary jurisdiction conferred by Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.

The stay application is also dismissed.
