Section 44(2) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(2)Any appeal from any Teacher, officer or other employee of the University in a disciplinary matter shall be referred to the Tribunal and shall be decided and disposed of by the Tribunal.
