Section 36(2) in The Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922
(2)The trust shall -(a)notwithstanding anything contained in section 78 cause the said notice to be published weekly for three consecutive weeks in the Official Gazette and in a newspaper or newspapers with a statement of the period within which objections will be received, and(b)send a copy of the notice to the president of the municipal committee, and to the medical officer of health.
