Section 3(h) in The Code of Conduct for Members of the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(h)the spouse or attendant of a Member should in no case, accompany the Committee Members during official study visit to any institution, undertaking office or establishment and during informal discussions with officials of the concerned establishment, undertaking etc.
