It is an admitted position that the account of the Petitioner was freezed sometime in May 2018 and the present Petition is filed only in April 2019. It is not in dispute that the Interim Application No.996 of 2018 (Garnishee Application) in the Original Application No.24 of 2016 is pending before DRT-II.
2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, we request DRT to dispose of the Interim Application No.996 of 2018 expeditiously and in any event within four weeks from the day this order is placed before it.
