Section 28 in THE COCHIN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1986
28. Finance Committee.-
(1)There shall be a Finance Committeewith a person deputed by the Syndicate as Chairman to advise the Universtiy on any question afffecting its finances.Subject to the provisions of this Act, the constitution, powers and functions of the Finance Committee and its procedures, including the delegation of its powers, shall be prescribed by the Statutes.
