Section 1(3) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Irrigation Act, 1973
(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette appoint:Provided that different dates may be appointed for different areas of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.
