Section 27(12) in Rajasthan Animal Husbandry Service Rules, 1963
(12)[ that after the merger of the Development of Sheep and Wool and the Department of Animal Husbandry, the interse seniority of persons covered under clause (v) of sub-rule (1) of rule 4 shall be determined from the date of their regular selection on the post in respective departments, if the date of regular selection of such persons is the same, then the seniority interse shall be determined on the basis of date of their regular selection on the lower post in the cadre.] [Inserted by Rajasthan Animal Husbandry Service Rules, 2008, dated 5.2.2008.]
