Section 2(i) in M.P. Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2006
(i)"Licensee" means holder of a mineral dealer licence granted under these rules for the purpose of transporting, storing and trading mineral/minerals or its products;
