Section 21(2) in The Bombay Secondary School Certificate Examination Act, 1948
(2)The Examiners Committee shall consist of-(i)Chairman of the Board-ex-officio Chairman;(ii)Six members appointed by the Board in the prescribed manner as specified below:-(a)one from amongst the ex-officio members of the Board;(b)two from amongst the elected members of the Board; and(c)three from amongst the nominated members of the Board.
