Section 14 in The Punjab Legislative Assembly Members (Free Transit by Railways) Rules, 1979
14. [ Luggage.] [Substituted vide Punjab Government Gazette Extra dated 23.12.1981.]
- A Member, his spouse, his dependent children accompanying either of them or an attendant accompanying him shall be entitled to carry such luggage free of charge as is permissible on First Class ordinary Railway tickets and the Member or his spouse, as the case may be, shall pay in cash, the charges for the excess luggage, if any, to the Railway authorities, for which no reimbursement will be made by the Secretary.
