With the exception of proceedings before the Court of Session, the records of which will be kept in the Record Room of the.Sessions Judge, the records of all criminal proceedings will be kept in the Record Room of the Magistrate of the district.[Note - Records received from the committing court shall, for the purposed depositing in the Record-Room, be treated as part of the Sessions record.] [Substituted by C.
