Section 13(1) in The Karnataka Lifts, Escalators and Passenger Conveyors Act, 2012
(1)The Government may, by order, published in the official Gazette, delegate any of the powers conferred on it, by or under this Act other than the power to make rules under section 23, subject to such conditions as may be specified in the order, to such officer as it thinks fit.
