ORDER
This petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed seeking following relief(s):-
"7.1 That, a direction may kindly be given to the respondents to regularize the petitioner from the date, from which respondent no. 5 was regularized 7.2 That, a direction may kindly be given to the respondents to implement the direction/order passed by Hon'ble the High Court in W.P. No. 766/2005 dated 11/03/2005 in the favor of the petitioner taking note of the policy of the State Government dated 09/01/1990.
7.3 That, the respondent may further be directed to the regularization of the petitioner from the date when his juniors and similarly situated employees were regularized and extend the similar benefits from the same date as has been done their case. 7.4 That, the respondent may further be directed to bring all records that how many juniors was regularized from the Petitioner till now. 2 WP-3126-2017 he was only ignored after by a direction of the Hon'ble High Court.
7.5 That, the respondents may kindly be also directed to pay the full Wagers from the due date along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum together with all consequential service benefits including the seniority to the petitioner from the date, when juniors were regularized.
7.6 That, any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may kindly be given to the petitioner in the interest of justice along with costs."
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of by granting liberty to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the competent authority with a direction to the competent authority to decide the same within the stipulated period.
3. Learned counsel for respondent/State has not opposed the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
5. Considering the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to petitioner to submit a fresh and detailed representation to the respondent/ competent authority within a period of three weeks. In turn, the respondent/competent authority shall consider & decide the said representation taking into consideration all the facts and grounds mentioned in it; in the light of the order dated 11.03.2005 passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WP.(s) No.766/2005 (Zafaruddin and others Vs. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
