Section 15 in The Calcutta Tramways Company (Taking Over Of Management) Act, 1967
15. Power of State Government to give directions. -
The State Government may, from time to time, give such directions to the Administrator as the State Government may deem fit for the proper management of the undertaking of the Company and the Administrator shall comply with such directions.
