18. Extension of the provision of this Act to local bodies and development authorities in the State of Himachal Pradesh.
- The Government may, by notification, in the Official Gazette, empowers officers of Municipal Corporation, Municipalities, Nagar Panchayats and Development Authorities within the State of Himachal Pradesh to exercise such powers and perform such functions, as may be specified in the notification under this Act, in respect of road infrastructure within their jurisdiction.
