                                                                  ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition, being aggrieved by the selective and discriminatory non-implementation of the recommendation of the authorised committee regarding first and second time scale pay to the petitioner by order dated 07.03.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is covered by the judgment passed in the case of Mahipa Singh Jeena Vs. SHRI GOVINDRAM SEKSARIA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCE passed in WP No.3014/2018 decided on 05.06.2020. The said judgment has bene affirmed by the Division Bench by dismissing the writ appeal no.49/2021 by order dated 04.07.2023.

Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute that the aforesaid fact that the matter is squarely covered by the said judgment.

NEUTRAL CITATION NO. 2025:MPHC-IND:26071 2 WP-9304-2018 In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is allowed. The order passed in the case of Mahipal (supra) shall apply mutatis mutandis in the present case also.

In the result, it is directed that the respondent/institution is directed to comply with the order dated 05.06.2020 passed in the case of Mahipal (supra) in letter and spirit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of filing of a copy of the order passed today.
