(18)[ 'Self finance course', means a course with respect to which all financial liabilities shall be borne by the management of an associated or affiliated college or by a University; [Substituted by Section 2 of Uttar Pradesh Act No. 1 of 2004 (w.e.f. 11.7.2003).]
