62. Enhanced punishment after previous conviction.
- If any person after having been previously convicted of an offence punishable under Section 48, Section 49, Section 50 or Section 56 subsequently commits and is convicted of an offence punishable under any of those sections, he shall be liable to twice the punishment which might be imposed on a first conviction under this Act.
