Section 28(1) in Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University Act, 1999
(1)Subject to the provision of this Act and the Statutes, the Ordinances may provide for any matter which by this Act or the Statutes is to be or may be provided for by the Ordinances.
