21. Pension-cum-Gratuity.
- The rules governing the "pensionery benefits", including the encashment, of earned leave at the time of retirement/superannuation and Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity of the Government of Tamil Nadu, as amended from time to time, shall be made applicable to the officers of the staff of the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai.
