(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.Notes: Date of enforcement Notification. - Notification No. F 13-8/2012/R.C./1-3 dated the 30th March, 2012. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Chhattisgarh Educational Institutions (Reservation in Admission) Act, 2012 (No. 9 of 2012), the State Government, hereby, appoints the Thirtieth day of March, 2012 as the date on which said Act shall come into force.
