Section 93(6)(a) in The M.P. Bhumi Vikas Rules, 1984

(a)Dimensions - The total area of the sign shall not exceed 10 per cent of the total area of the facede on which the sign is created. The facede of the building shall be sub-divided into blocks of uniform height and the area of the sign erected on a particular block shall not exceed 10 per cent of the area of that block;
