5. Daily Routine.
- Every institution shall have a well regulated daily routine for juveniles which shall be displayed and provide inter alia, for regulated and disciplined life, personal hygiene and cleanliness, physical exercise, educational classes vocational training, organized recreation and games, moral education group activities, prayer and community singing and special programmes for Sundays, Holidays and Festivals.
