The Court : - It appears that two several applications filed by the defendants, namely GA No. 3016 of 2013 and GA No. 3017 of 2013 have been dismissed on 17th January,2014 and the suit was directed to appear in the monthly list of February,2014.
In view of the aforesaid order, the matter is appearing by mistake under the heading "New Motion". The suit shall appear in the monthly list of March,2014.
