Section 24(1) in Punjab Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 2006
(1)A person shall be disqualified for becoming a member or continuing as a member of a self-supporting co-operative society, as the case may be, if he-(a)does not fulfil the eligibility criteria specified in section 23;(b)acts in a manner affecting adversely the objects and interests of a self-supporting co-operative society; or(c)violates the provisions of bye-laws or acts in violation of the resolution passed by the general body or Board.
