Background
1. The Applicant filed an RTI application dt.9.1.09 with the CPIO, ICFRE, Dehradun. He requested for information against 12 points related to his ACRs; disciplinary action against him in 2005-06; his marks in the examination in which he appeared for the Scientist 'B' post. The CPIO replied on 6.3.09 furnishing point wise information but denying the ACRs. The Applicant filed a complaint dt.12.3.09 before CIC.
2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the hearing for June 11, 2009.
3. Mr. R.S. Sharma, Estt. & Accounts Officer, ICFRE and Mr. V.K. Sharma, O.S, ICFRE represented the Public Authority.
4. The Applicant was not present during the hearing.
Decision
5. The Respondent submitted that the ACRs were not provided as per CIC's earlier decision. However, on 20.3.09 and 25.3.09 complete information as sought by the Appellant including copies of the ACRs were furnished to him, this time based on the Full Bench decision of the CIC. The Respondent handed over to the Commission a copy of the information provided to the Appellant vide Secretary ICFRE's letter dated 5.6.09. On reviewing the information, the Commission observed that all available information has been provided and accordingly disposes of the appeal.
