(1)A member who resigns or is expelled shall be paid by the management of the farm all money due to him from the farm after deducting therefrom all dues owed by him to the farm. He shall also be entitled to receive compensation for land contributed by him and for trees, if any.(2)The compensation in the case of Bhumidhar members shall be based on the principle laid down in Rule 39. The compensation for improvement and trees shall be the amount as may be agreed upon by the member and the members of the farm and in the event of disagreement as fixed by the Deputy Commissioner.
