84. Execution of awards or orders in special cases.
- Subject to the provision of Section 98, the Registrar may, by an order in writing specially authorise any officer of the Co-operative Department or any officer [of the concerned society or,] [Inserted by Notification No. CSL-2014/697/C.R.04/13C, dated 30.8.2014 (w.e.f. 23.12.1961).] of a federal society or a Central Bank, on an application made by it, to call for and send awards or orders obtained by any society for execution. The society or societies in respect of which these powers are to be exercised shall be specified in the order.
