Learned advocates representing LRTT, West Bengal Taxation Tribunal and also Webel Technology Ltd. are not present. Notices be issued upon the said learned advocates who had appeared on the earlier occasion.

Advocates for the Taxation Tribunal and for the LRTT shall intimate this Court whether the problems of uploading the daily orders in the servers have been resolved or not, and if not,the maximum time that would be required for such process to be in order. It is expected that the Tribunals shall take measures so that the system is made operational soon.
