Section 9(5) in The M.P. Municipal Corporations (Appointment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Servants) Rules, 2000
(5)A person who has been removed from service during the period of probation or at the end of probation shall not be entitled for any compensation from the Corporation or the State Government.
