241. Prosecution to be suspended in certain cases.
- When any order of the kind specified in Section 116, Section 131 and Section 233 is subject to appeal, and an appeal has been instituted against it, all proceedings to enforce such order and all prosecutions for any breach thereof shall be suspended pending the decision of the appeal, and if such order is set aside on appeal, disobedience thereto, shall not be deemed to be an offence.
