Section 84(1) in Tamil Nadu Maritime Board Act, 1995
(1)The Board shall, on or before the thirty first day of January in each year, hold a special meeting at which the Chairman shall submit an estimate of the income and expenditure of the Board for the next financial year, in such form as the Government may specify.
