Notice.
This petition seeks enforcement of an award dated 14 September 2022.
Learned counsel for the execution petitioner, additionally, apprises the Court that no petition under Section 34 has been filed till date. Although the respondent has been placed on advance notice, none has appeared on its behalf when the matter was called. Consequently, let learned counsel for the execution petitioner take steps for service through all permissible modes including via approved courier service.
The respondent shall file its objections, if so chosen and advised, within a period of two weeks from today. Along with the same, it shall also place on the record its Affidavit of Assets.
