% 06.07.2022 CM APPL. 29482/2022 -Stay.
1. Vide the present application, the petitioner, who was earlier working as an Assistant Registrar in the learned National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Principal Bench, New Delhi on deputation basis seeks stay of the process initiated by the respondent vide O.M. dated 08.04.2022 for selecting candidates for the post of Assistant Registrar in the learned NCLT on deputation.
2. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner already stands relieved from the NCLT on 01.04.2022, no ground is made out for granting any interim stay of the process sought to be initiated vide O.M. dated 08.04.2022.
3. Needless to state, in case, the petitioner succeeds in the present petition, this Court will consider granting an appropriate relief to her Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:GARIMA MADAN Signing Date:07.07.2022 13:05:52 irrespective of the selections made pursuant to O.M. dated 08.04.2022.
4. The application is, accordingly, disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
