Section 4(a) in The Maharashtra housing and Area Development (Disposal of Land) Regulations, 1982
(a)The Authority shall from time to time fix levels of income on the basis of which a person can be classified in one of the following groups:-(i)Economically Weaker Group,(ii)Low Income Group,(iii)Middle Income Group,(iv)High Income Group.
