Section 3(1) in Madhya Pradesh Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2015
(1)The Collector shall constitute the Social Impact Assessment (SIA) team for each project from amongst Government officials/or qualified institutions in social impact assessment resource, partners and practitioners which may also be appointed to assist the team where he feels necessary. The team leader shall not be below the rank of Deputy Collector but he shall not be in charge officer of the land acquisition section of the office of the Collector.
