Section 8(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2006
(1)On receipt of the complaint from any complainant, the Chairperson shall make endorsement on the complaint subscribing his dated initial. Complaints received shall be registered and serially numbered for each year.
