Section 11(5) in The Maharashtra State legal Aid and Advice Board
(5)The Board shall maintain true and proper account's of the receipts and disbursements of all amounts placed at its disposal by the State Government. [The accounts of the Board shall be audited annually by the Accountant General of Maharashtra.] [This portion was, substituted for the portion beginning with the words 'the accounts of the Board' and ending with the words 'may determine', by G.
