Section 48(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Urban and Country Planning Act, 2007
(1)Every Local Planning Authority shall constitute for the benefit of its whole time paid members and of its officers and other employees, in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by rules, such pension and provident funds as it may deem fit.
