Section 41(a) in United Khasi-Jaintia Hills Autonomous District (Management and Control of Forests) Rules, 1960
(a)In case of any sale by auction or tender, the Chief Forest Officer shall issue a notice setting forth the particulars as given in Appendix V and other terms and conditions as the Chief Forest Officer may think fit to add.
