Section 8 in The Competition Commission of India (General) Regulations, 2009
8. Holidays to be observed by the Commission.
(1)The head office of the Commission shall observe, besides Saturday and Sunday, holidays as declared by the Central Government at Delhi under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (26 of 1881).(2)Any other office of the Commission at places other than Delhi shall observe, besides Saturday and Sunday, holidays as declared by the Central Government under the Negotiable Instruments Act,1881(26 of 1881) for such place.
