Section 36 in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 1999
36. A person aggrieved by any order of the Receiving Officer in regard to the presentation of the petition may request for the matter to be placed before the Secretary of the Commission for appropriate orders.
