26. Press representatives and other guests at meeting.
- Four representatives of the press at the discretion of the President and other guests, not exceeding four at a time, may be admitted to the meeting on production of permits from the Secretary and the press representatives shall be required to obtain the previous approval of the Secretary to the publication of their report of the proceedings, and the President may, at any time, hold the meeting in camera in which case all guests shall be required to withdraw.
